“转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。”

“Kendwa Sunset is very well located by a beautiful beach. Hotel is well kept and with a cosy feel. Green garden feel in first part of the hotel and beach vibe at the bungalows located as an extended part of the beach. Room was good with nice beds, clean and with nice size bathroom. Beach area is large with more space between chairs than many other hotels. Pool had great clear view over the beach and ocean. All this would give a 9-10 rating. However service was clearly the worst we experienced……
