“Beautiful scenery and great porch to listen to the water.”

“This was one of the best vacations our family had and it was majorly due to this property! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need. The loft upstairs was an absolute win for the kids. On the rainy day they all sat up there to play cards and our son thought it was so cool that he got to sleep up there! “We were in search of a nice home in planning our trip out to Mansfield University. Few people told us about Wellsboro area being we are not familiar with area being 5 hours away. We are so glad we took advice and found this beautiful, quaint and cozy home. We absolutely love the location of this house as it’s in walking distance to down town amenities. “This is a great property with a wonderful space for large families. We loved the large table that was able to seat our 21 family members. The children also enjoyed the large room upstairs with the toys, foosball, Legos, books and TV. Our family enjoyed the yard to play games and have a camp fire. “This house is extremely clean and roomy. The back porch has a peaceful view of a huge hill and forested area with tall grasses. The game room is outstanding, though we didn't get much time to actually play. All the furniture we tried was very comfortable. The only mattress that was hard was the one in the bedroom with one bed in it, but then you may enjoy that if you prefer a very firm mattress. The kitchen and island are huge. “We had a wonderful stay over four days that included perfect weather and perfect property. Check in was easy the host very communicative and property super clean. It sits right on the bank of the Pinecreek with the large yard and access to the creek for launching canoes and kayaks. The bedspace is somewhat limited for groups that don’t include couples. However, we were given the opportunity to pitch a couple tents for overflow. Shelley is a great host and we will definitely be coming back again.”
