"Spacious family gathering home was ideal location for our family vacation with the grandchildren. Our preteens really enjoyed the game room with ping pong table as well as the sunny upstairs play space in between fun trips to the beach and local attractions.The house would benefit from more lights in the downstairs, but furniture was comfortable for our group. We appreciated the owners help with use of the washer and dryer and advise other vacationers to bring beach towels.Our grandkids wished that we had stayed longer. One addition that would be appreciated would be a little table and chair to be able to enjoy the front area."

"We had a wonderful two-night stay and would absolutely come back!The home was spotless, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen. It's located in a quiet town that's perfect if you're looking to relax while still being within easy driving distance of San Luis Obispo and several beautiful California coastal towns.One of the highlights was Tom's incredible hospitality. From the moment we booked until the day we left, he was responsive, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. We actually arrived in the area a day early, and Tom even reached out to a friend to see if they had a place available for us. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out.The furry welcome committee was another bonus! Jett the dog and Sylvester and Sally the cats were all so sweet and added so much charm to the stay.If you're visiting the area, be sure to shop local. We especially enjoyed Beerwood—it had great food, a fun atmosphere, and was one of our favorite stops.Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an exceptional host. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home base with easy access to the Central Coast and a host who truly goes above and beyond."

"We loved cottage number two in los Oso/Baywood. It was close to a couple of restaurants and a great bar. It was quiet in the area of the cottage. It was a great jumping off point for everything between San Luis Obispo, Pismo, Cayucos and Cambria. We cooked breakfast every morning in their well appointed small kitchen. Will come back, thank you."
