“Didn't bother with breakfast after my husband went to the breakfast location and he said everything was cold. The person working check-in was not friendly at all.”

“I had to wait at the front desk over 15 minutes to check in. This was at 5pm. There was another staff member sitting in the “lobby” his response was she is outside. I walked out to see if I saw anyone but did not. She had a real blunt attitude and it got worse when I informed her that I had a reservation. Got to the room the fridge and sink were leaking I tried calling downstairs no answer so I went down and the desk was unmanned again. Reservation was for two nights. I left after the first……

“​I ended up checking out early because I simply couldn't get a good night's rest here. The overall cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets did not feel properly cleaned, and the towels actually had hair on them. Fortunately, I always bring my own towels, but if you stay here, I highly recommend bringing Lysol and rubbing alcohol. ​On top of that, the room felt incredibly muggy and humid. It is not a place I will ever go to again, even on a budget.”

“There was nothing to like about the property. The AC was literally broken into pieces and the carpet had missing pieces, plus it smelled like mold. I would definitely not recommend this place.”

“Priced competitively, and a great location near restaurants and entertainment. Staff was excellent. Only downside was the tv's in the rooms were not able to receive the free channels CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX. Hence we missed the worldcup game featuring USA. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks.”
