「Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. The Sat-Nav took us right there, but had to park and locate on foot as the property is tucked away up a drive way - no big deal though! Beautiful coastal walks nearby.」

「As travelers from Australia, we decided on a self contained old worker's cottage as a change from the ordinary motels. We were not disappointed. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. Whether summer holidaying or like us, travelling about Cornwall, the house is central to beaches, shops, transport and restaurants and tourist spots.」

「A very charmingly furnished holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen, nice living room and cosy bedrooms. Everything was pleasant. The location is great if you don't need a parking space right in front of the door. You have to park your car in one of the nearby paid parking spaces. Mousehole is an old and very picturuesque village that can't accomodate cars. Out of season there is also free parking on the road along the coast to Newlyn, but this is a bit of a walk, about 5-10...

「Excellent We loved everything. Just 2 minor bits of feedback - found the cooker took ages to warm up and wasn’t easy to use. Also the sofa was very uncomfortable and unable to accommodate us 4 to watch tv. Very minor things - otherwise we had a WONDERFUL stay and would totally recommend the property Thank you!!」

「Apartment is beautiful, in decor, style and a lot of thought has gone into creating this space. Had lots of personal touches and Serena and Alec are most welcoming and kind. Walkable into town and on main bus route to other towns. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Penzance, really is a hidden gem!」

「The cottage was comfortable and clean. The weather was cold and wet when we were there and so we were not able to enjoy the garden but the rhododendron blooms were pretty. It was a good place for a base to visit southern Cornwall - Land's End, Lizard Point, Michael's Mount were some of the places we visited.」

「A group of friends down for a sports competition in Redruth. Communication from the owner was fantastic with any questions answered very quickly. We didnt really explore the area but the location was exactly what we needed for getting to Redruth. Facilities in the house were good and it was very comfortable.」

「The apartment is lovely; immaculate, fully equipped and so homely. The hosts provided lovely touches that helped us feel welcome. Our 4 and 8 year old settled and adopted their room immediately. We all enjoyed the apartment, a great base for exploring the local area. We’ll be back! 」
