Quiet apartment for families in the capital area

This is an apartment with 3 bedrooms in a 8 apartment building. The neighborhood is very quiet and with playgrounds outside and a communal swimming pool nearby. The bedrooms have a) a king size bed b) a queen size bed and c) an extendable bed for 2 (2 x 80 cm). This is our family home so we have all household equipment necessary, a fully functioning kitchen with stovetop, oven and a microwave as well as a dishwasher. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as wine glasses. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has fantastic views of the sunset, especially in spring and autumn. The balcony has a gas BBQ which you are free to use. Bed linens and towels are provided.
