This wasn't too bad - the larger inconvenience was that the repair trucks blocked the road to the house, so we had to walk a bit to get there.The house also had ants all over the kitchen - which was pretty gross. The maintenance team came out and cleaned and sprayed, but...

"Montera Penthouse is bright and spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. It has everything you need! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. It's also nice that it faces the back so you don't get the traffic and noise of Main Street. Plus, you can catch a good sunset from the back deck if you can't get down to the beach in time. We really enjoyed it here!"
