「AVOID! Owner canceled our prepaid accommodation 3 hours prior to arrival leaving us stranded without accommodation apparently due to damage incurred from previous tenant. Owner texted us an image of a brown toilet but refused to meet us and ignored phone calls. We ended up taking a hotel across the street. At least the Owner did promptly refund our payment, which however did not cover the increased cost of the last-minute hotel.」
