“I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip.”

“Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. “Check in was kind of a problem, almost no rooms ready before 3pm. And then at 3 the lines to check in were too long. My sister and her family also stayed here and they only had one room out of the three that she had booked ready for occupancy. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the property was well kept, and the amenities were good. Breakfast is from 6-10am, which we all enjoyed in the morning.”

“The bath towels weren’t enough, and whenever we needed more we had to go down to the first floor to get them. there is no sheet to cover sofa bed，also we need extra blanket， except those things， other things r very good”

“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……

“Waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Blinds on windows were either broken and hanging wrong or were hard to adjust. Bathroom had dirty towels left over.I know the place is old but it should have been clean.”
