“The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. ”

“The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor.”

“This place was just ok for a hotel in India. It’s so far up a mountain that access to outside food and drivers are slim, so you are at the hotel’s mercy for pretty much anything. The balcony was nice and so was the view. No ac in this hotel, and no mosquito nets. There was a really old plug in fan in the room though and it didn’t really fit well with the rest of the room. None of the outlets worked. They are the old India outlets, so the front desk had to bring up their converters. Not……

“Even snel een douche nemen zit er niet in. Het duurt 20 (TWINTIG) minuten voordat de douche warm water geeft WiFi is erg slecht in kamer 310 en valt regelmatig weg Daarentegen is het uitzicht grandioos en het personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk ”

“The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places……

“This is NOT in Munnar town centre. The map is WRONG. It is actually 12km (35 mins) south of Munnar. Place is peaceful. It is 20 minutes walk from the nearest place to eat. It was freezing cold at night... as in wearing 5 layers of clothing cold. The smallest cabin would be v tight for 2 people. The walk up to the cabin from the carpark is crazy steep. Might be challenging for people with mobility issues”
