"To get to the hotel is kind of confusing, gotta go through the casino and it smelled strongly like cigarettes. Pool was not available until they didn't know when. They don't provide shampoo for the rooms, all you'll get is a soap per room. No microwave or fridge, basically you get for what you paid, but the room was clean. "

"Smell from garbage disposal and kitchen sink was disgusting making me nauseous. Maintenance would only put cleanser down the disposal, which did not solve the problem. Maintenance supervisor refused to authorize mechanical cleaning of the disposal and p-trap, which was what was required. I spent 6 nights in a room nauseous with a disgusting odor. I needed to have windows opened a lot, but the screens either had holes in them or were warped so they did not cover the window opening; thus bugs came into the room. Temperatures outside often exceeded 90 degrees, so open windows were not a great option anyway. I checked out 2 nights early because I could not stand it. They would not refund for the 2 nights I did not use the room, (to be fair, this is their policy under the written agreement.)"

"We stayed in a room on the upper floor with an outdoor balcony as we requested. We liked our room and enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the room's balcony, The lodge includes a restaurant and a separate bar. The cook for the restaurant was exceptional for the crab cake special dinner, and for the breakfast omelette, especially the gourmet mini round potatoes. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful."
