"Didn’t meet expectations. Front checking staff wasn’t very receptive and welcoming. Bathroom had no shampoo filled in and got to know while showering. They asked to come at reception to pick while I was wet. They didn’t filled the shampoo bottle even next day. No toaster in room."

"I loved the lake front and sitting on the docks. I loved walking to Pyramid Island. And, of course, I loved the view. As to the Lodge, it was a perfect size and the staff very friendly. I will I could have stayed longer."

"The hotel has steps just to get in the lobby. Had to get front desk person to help with bags. We left some clothes behind and immediately called the front desk and they said nothing in the lost and found but would call us back after they talked with staff. Never heard back from them. A lot better places close by"

"The room in the lodge was average and felt significantly overpriced for what was provided. Although the property was not fully booked, no room upgrade was offered. When I asked about getting ice, I was told the ice machine was located across the park, which was quite inconvenient given that we were staying in the lodge. Overall, the experience did not match the price paid."
