Our 5 Year old loved the pool, the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little too soft but that is personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The Apartment was actually a nice spacious unit. Large bathroom with Spa and washer and dryer facilities. Shower screen needs the limestone residue cleaned. The beds were good, extra pillows and blankets stored in the wardrobe was appreciated. Clean kitchen and with full facilities. Ceiling fan in main bedroom overdue to clean the fan blades. Power overloaded and lost power in the evening, office open on Saturdays until 7pm noted in the booklet, office closed at 6.50pm when requested assistance about the power outage. Staff member requested through intercom how to put the power back on, but that should not be the customer's responsibility. Customer service I would rate one star.

Really easy stop for us on our Road Trip. Room was spacious and absolutely perfect for a nightly stop. Pool was good, very warm and perfect for kids and a quick dip. The shower in the room is in desperate need of some bleach on the walls, a bit of black mould forming, apart from that the stay was good and the staff nice enough.

Has been a few years since staying here so I wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival I'm greeted nicely and advised of a room upgrade!!! I go to my assigned room and that's when things get a little sketchy. Approach room and door is ajar - hmm not the usual thing to expect. Should I enter with caution and taser on standby? I decide - hey this is Mt Gambier you only live once. Well, the door requires a good old fashion slam to shut - maybe that's why it's ajar in the first place. Upon entering it's a nice and tidy enough room but I can't help but check all over for uninvited guests. The curtains are a little flimsy and have seen better days. I notice that the fly screen on the outside of the window is sort of detached and falling apart as well. One of the light switches didn't work - not a deal breaker but this was an upgrade. I go out to have dinner and when I return it takes some supreme effort to open the door using the electronic touch card. At least 3 - 4 attempts - I actually thought the handle was broken. Next morning - shower time. The shower head is an olde style one and I try to adjust it to a suitable angle. No can do - super loose fittings so I make do. If you like water pressure though, this is the shower for you and wish I had that pressure to blast the baked on bugs off the front of my car. Rest of the stay OK. This was an upgrade so I'd hate to think what I my original room was like. Maybe I was just a bit unlucky this time.

Last minute decision to stay in Mt.Gambier instead of driving on down the road a bit further, but there was something on in town and not many Hotels left too choose from. Nice big rooms though, parking was a bit tight. Would stay again :)

Terrible service. I stayed for 3 days. No one came for room service despite asking them. I asked for clean towels but no one came and replaced them. Pool was enjoyable, had lots of fun. Overall average stay.

Our appartment was everything we needed, having the ability to wash our baby’s dirty clothes and even dry them was just amazing after holidaying in Adelaide and having to find laundry mats it just took the pressure off and allowed us to enjoy our time in Mount Gambia. The rooms were a great size and had everything we needed to be self sufficient. The beds were relatively comfortable and just loved our stay will be booking again and recommending them when we go visit family !!
