We are committed to being respectful neighbors and ask that our guests do the same. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Parties or group gatherings are not allowed anywhere on the property. Smoking, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

For everyone’s safety—and to protect local wildlife—please dispose of trash properly to avoid attracting animals.

Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the entire home. A personalized keyless entry code will be sent 72 hours before check-in (or immediately if booking within that window).

PET POLICY:

*We allow up to 2 dogs, each up to 35 pounds, for an additional pet fee.

-No dogs on furniture
-Never left unsupervised unless crated
-Owners must clean up all droppings outside

***THE STAIRCASE TO THE LOFT IS VERY STEEP, USE EXTRA CAUTION*** Keep a close eye on children and do not leave them unattended.

***Much of the backyard is covered in gravel, so please wear shoes and walk carefully. The yard is bordered by large stones, with a noticeable drop-off on the other side—use extra caution in this area.

***The steps leading to the firepit are natural and rustic, which means they may be uneven or tricky to navigate. Please take your time and watch your step.

***In the winter, we recommend 4WD/AWD vehicles. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions

*As this is in a neighborhood community/resort, there are other cabins close by. It still feels very secluded!

*Because we are located on a mountain, you may encounter bears and other wildlife. Keep your car doors closed and locked at all times.

*We do our best to mitigate bugs/critters, but you will likely encounter some.

*The roof is metal. It can get loud when it's raining.

*Hot Tub and Sauna usage is at your own risk.

*Many cabins in our neighborhood are under renovation/construction. You may hear construction noises during normal work hours.

***We HIGHLY recommend trip insurance for your stay. We will not deviate from the cancellation policy.

** Your safety is our top priority. A MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS IS ALLOWED—THIS INCLUDES INFANTS AND TODDLERS.

-Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please dispose of items such as feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes (including those labeled flushable), Q-tips, cotton balls, etc., in the trash bin.

-Filming or video production is not permitted without written approval from the property owner.

-Areas beyond the maintained backyard area, outlined with landscaping timbers may contain poison ivy or other hazards. For your safety, please remain within the yard.
