A Wonderful Family Vacation!

We stayed at this amazing home with our big family group, from an infant to our 89-year-old grandmother, and it was perfect! The house was spacious and clean. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We appreciated that there was a dining space where we could all eat together. We especially loved how great of a place it is for kids! We used the provided cribs, high chairs, and baby gates, which made things so much easier for the families with little ones. The safety fence and chain locks gave us so much peace of mind with the toddlers running around, knowing that they couldn’t get to the pool on their own. The kids (and adults) loved the indoor playground, arcade games, pool, and our movie nights in the theater! Jeff was so friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail. We made wonderful memories across four generations and we would definitely stay here again! We already booked one of their other properties in a different area for next summer!

Nice Property

The house and grounds were very nice. The outdoor area is a great place to spend time on a nice day. The pool was heated which made it really nice to use in the middle of September. There are a lot of things to do inside as well. We had one rainy day and we had plenty of fun inside. It does take a little bit to figure everything out but that is to be expect with so many amenities.

Family Get Away

This property was not only beautiful and well appointed but meticulously clean and well organized. It will not disappoint. We highly recommend. Our family ranged in age from 2 years old to 80. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and amenities. I had difficulty in getting a response when using VRBO’s messaging. There was definitely delays. I also was not pleased with VRBO’s inability to present a statement of account .

Gorgeous house & property, perfect for ALL ages!

This house exceeded our expectations! The game room alone makes this house a winner! The kids (she’s 2-17) enjoyed the variety of games, and lounge area. The movie theater is full of super comfy, reclining seats, a popcorn machine, popcorn and so many cozy blankets! The adults loved the fancy expresso/cappuccino coffee maker! The pool area is gorgeous and always the perfect temperature!! We all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and pretty water/fire features. We went for night swims almost every night! The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and is easy to navigate. We went to Hershey Park one day (35 min away) and The Turkey Hill Experience (7 min away). Jeff was responsive, kind and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book!!!!!

Annual family vacation with grandkids, and our adult children.

The Long Lane Estate is an amazing property with the beautiful pool, hot tub and out door activities. We had a week of hot weather so, as alternative to the pool, it was great to have the indoor amusements for the kids (of all ages) including karaoke, video games, etc. The movie room was a huge hit for the cousins, now in age ranges of 2-12. Several movie nights and afternoons. They took over making their own popcorn! The sleeping space were very nice from the luxurious master suite to the two, separate bunk rooms - provided lots of flexibility for six families with varying numbers and ages of children. Sarah and Jeff were very responsive to our needs. The town of Mt. Joy offered all that we needed from groceries to Hummer's butcher shop to Rita's Custard!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this home. The listing, while extensive and detailed, could not match our actual first impressions when we arrived. We are a family group and have travelled together renting homes across the east coast and mid-west for over 25 years, and this was the best of them all.Our group covers age ranges from 3 to 79, and we all enjoyed every aspect of the home. The game room, movie theater, and kids play area were all big hits. The outdoor spaces were also amazing and well used.Proximity to Hershey Park, Strasburg Railroad, and multiple wineries and breweries added to the fun.On top of that, Jeff was extremely communicative and helped with a couple of minor issues in a very timely manner.If you have a big group and will be in the Lancaster/Hershey area, I couldn't recommend this property more.

Absolutely Stunning Stay at Long Lane Estates!

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous home. The swimming pool was incredible, perfect for relaxing, and the arcade area kept the kids entertained for hours. The host was very communicative, helpful, and gracious, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We’ll definitely be booking again soon!

Wonderful family vacation week

Our family (12 people) came for our annual grandparents-to-grandkids vacation at Long Lane and loved it. The house had lots of spaces to gather as a family but there was also space to spread out. The kids' area in the basement was a huge hit - the older kids watched movies and played arcade games. And the two littlest kids loved the indoor playground on hot days. The pool was a ton of fun and the kids basically lived on the pickel ball court! We had fun things to do in the area but also just loved staying at the house and chilling out. The owners were lovely and amazingly responsive. As one person said, this is the first house that exceeds the description in the listing.

Awesome Family Vacation House

The Long Lane Estate property was perfect for our family vacation. There were six children under the age of six and they were never bored. They played in the Tiny Town for hours, loved the outdoor play area and the pool. The adults enjoyed the firepit, the putting green and the pickle ball court. Everyone enjoyed the arcade, game and movie room and rocking on the front porch. The house was immaculate, it was well stocked and extra amenities could be found everywhere. The quality of the towels, linens, kitchen supplies, coffee machines, etc. were exceptional. Communication was great and it was a wonderful experience. This is our second time renting from Luxury Rentals and it will not be our last.

Pa Getaway !

We spent five days at this house and loved every minute of it. The best thing about this place is the heated pool even when it's cloudy and a little chilly you can still swim in a nice warm pool the rooms are Awesome everything about this place is just plain awesome.

Luxury at its finest!!

This was our second year in a row staying at the Long Lane Estate with our group of 11 adults ranging in age from 21 -77. This house truly has it all! Everything it claims to be in the listing is absolutely true! Jeff is a wonderful host and we had a fun filled vacation and we barely left the house!

Amazing house and experience!

I took my team to Long Lane Estate for our annual retreat; and I'm so glad I did! The house was exactly as described, with so many things to take advantage of! My team loved this house! Plenty of room to spread out; with plenty of room for a large group to be together. The owner was responsive to some questions I had about the technology and quickly came to help me. He could not have been more accommodating and did so with a smile. My only regret is that we weren't there long enough to enjoy every aspect of this beautiful (and clean), house and property.

Cozy Mansion

Booked a last minute weekend getaway with family and friends, Jeff was able to accommodate us and arrange for our needs. The photos don’t do justice for this home, we were Amazed as soon as we walked in the door. The movie theater experience was phenomenal and the kids had the time of their life!

An expansive estate amidst the corn!

Property was large and well appointed. The five kids (2-9) loved the arcade and playroom and the pool was enjoyed by all! We were surprised that although property advertised a heated pool, we would have had to pay extra to have the heat turned on. It was difficult for the older people to navigate from the house to the pool area. Additional railings would be a bonus. Another negative was having to housekeep before leaving. For what this rental cost, we should not have to strip beds and empty trash at the end of our vacation. However, that didn't damper our enjoyment of the estate!

The perfect family getaway!

The only word to describe this property is PERFECTION! This was our 6th family vacation renting through VRBO with our group of 11 people ranging in age from 20-76, and it was by far the most incredible place we have ever stayed. The pictures do not do the grandeur of this property justice. Fully stocked is an understatement. There was nothing we wanted or needed that wasn't there. We started our days with freshly brewed espresso from the fancy automatic espresso machine, had a wonderful days lounging in the pool and hot tub and spent our evenings playing hours of games in the game rooms, singing karaoke and watching movies in the theater. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back again!!

This property is truly wonderful for families of all ages. Deeply grateful that our family was able to make wonderful memories here.
