“The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

“Cons: We waited 1.5 hrs for check in cuz the room wasn’t ready as did other guest we sat with. That sucks after travelling all day. The room reeked of smoke. Asked for air freshener but never got any. The trains were somewhat bothersome. The furniture was extremely dirty. The bar was never open. A/C kept reverting to 64 so had to adjust it all the time. Pros: beds were good. Location was good. Large room if you get the 2 bedroom unit. Liked the walk in shower. All in all we wouldn’t stay there……

“Close enough to downtown nashville but not in the direct heart of it all. Next to other attractions such as Marathon Motor Works and Nashville Farmers Market. Super clean. Love that each unit has its own washer and dryer. Staff are super nice and friendly.”

“Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.”
