This was a short holiday stay; the facilities seemed clean and comfortable yet two things disturbing stood out: the mattress was bad and the elevator, or something, throughout the the two nights I was sleeping, continued to be very noisy, rumbling through the walls.

This hotel is amazing! My only gripe is the fitness center. The cable machine was broken and they were missing a few of the matching dumbbells. They have HIGE Samsung flat screen TVs in the rooms and the king bedroom is very spacious.oh, also the pool was closed. That was another disappointment.

The entryway(lobby) definitely showed a grand entrance. The lobby was very neat and clean. The rooms definitely need to be cleaned more properly as well as bathrooms. The bathrooms are very outdated and need new fixtures. My room stayed cold no matter what I put the thermostat on(I think it was controlled elsewhere). Staff behind the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Overall my stay was pleasant.

This was probably a beautiful fancy hotel at one time but it is slightly run down now. That being said…. I loved the staff, the cleanliness, and the comfortable rooms. The price was also good.

The Pros: good location close to the highway. Friendly front desk. The lobby was renovated so it looked nice. The Cons: The hotel is old and needs major upgrades. The first room we received smelled bad and had a very loud AC. We asked for a new room and the new room still smelled. The AC did not work well. We had it set to 65 and the room was still 77 degrees. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming apart and the sink was scratched up. See attached photos. For $200+/night you’re better off staying another hotel.
