“What was not expected was presented at check-in online with a choice of either non refundable £40 deposit or refundable £300 deposit!. Gambled on refundable deposit and did get it a week later. For only 1 night!”

“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”

“The cabin was clean and had toilet rolls and shower gel etc it was the check in that was a nightmare we arrived on the dot at 3pm we were going to a surprise party at 4pm We didn’t get hold of the host until 5pm so we missed the start of the party we’ve had no apology for late check in at all”

“Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back……

“V helpful staffs!!! Thank you”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!”

“Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm. Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance.”

“Great place to stay and lovely location”

“Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money”

“Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking.”

“Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there”

“There are two elevators to get into the hotel - one was broken for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. There technically are stairs too but when we asked they were locked. Hotel itself is beautiful, especially having a room on the river side. However we stayed during the comiccon weekend and felt judged?? The service was poor, no enthusiasm to do anything - at one point we had a dinner at the bar and asked for a box to take our leftover pizza with us. We were told thats not an option and the guy……

“此住宿環境優美，寧靜，自駕方便，就算搭火車到倫敦中心亦只不過25分鐘。 酒店職員服務態度十分好，餐飲好味。”

“very small room and gave me the worse view I guess~”
