“This was a perfect location for me to spend time with my son who attends MUN. The trails nearby provided beautiful views and a nice way to get to Signal Hill. “The room is fine for a one night stay, for a quick shower, and sleep. Otherwise, it's a tight fit. The pictures are a bit deceiving. Could've been cleaned better. Had a half roll of toilet paper for a two day stay. Kids running around right above your heads at 10pm. 1 mug, a platter and plate placed sideways under the sink with toilet cleaner, etc.. Host was welcoming, polite, and nice.”

“The house is in nice location. Had issues with the door lock but the owner quickly replaced it when we advised. The house is very clean and has quality bedding and towels. The supplies in kitchen are minimal and no instructions on how to use the RokuTV, which was a challenge. Also not aware that tenants also occupied a portion of the basement, which was not expecting. Overall it is a nice house.”
