“Charleston is a wonderful city and we enjoyed it very much, This condo is in a great location right on King Street, The space was wonderful, this was a girlfriend trip and it was great to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. When we had questions they were quick to respond. I think some more details on how things work, how to get to back to of the building so the elevator could be used would be really important to add, so be sure you are completely clear on how to get around the building.……

“This was a great property for us and our little Italian greyhound. We all loved the fenced in outdoor space. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have Kultura right across the street. I was under the weather for a few days, and their congee was perfect. We would happily stay here again. However, we would bring our white noise machine. As is true for many renovated older houses, the sound insulation between floors could be better, but there is not much to do about that absent a……

“I had a great stay at this VRBO in Charleston. The place was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The location was perfect — walking distance to restaurants, bars, and everything I wanted to do, while still being peaceful and relaxing at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston.”

“Our stay was lovely in decor and cleanliness. The location was excellent, complete with assigned parking space. The historic district was quiet and convenient, walking distance for eateries,and seeing lovely homes. We enjoyed the various books on Charleston, that were located in this VRBO. Including the guide book which had lots of suggestions of restaurants, historic places to visit, and maintenance details. We would definitely come here again for another visit to Charleston. “Me and my girlfriend had a girls trip here. We had a blast and the location was perfect and safe. A 10 AM check out was a little early, but we still have a good time. Definitely recommend! Also warning, there is a pretty significant stair case to the top where the apartment is. So if you have a lot of luggage, that would be good to know!”

“The living room and kitchen area were nice. Great place to gather. Kitchen had everything we needed.Location is about 2-1/2 blocks from King Street, and there is a wonderful Bagel shop on the way.Host was wonderful! I had several questions and they were very prompt in replying. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Parking is great..we had two dedicated spaces.A few things future guests might want to consider. The king bedroom is very small. There is barely enough room to walk……

“The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. ”
