“This was a great location. Close to the beach and pool.”

“The property was as expected. A little issue at check in, I appreciated the door code well in advance but when arriving it would not work, after calling they were very helpful and got into the room fairly quickly as they had replaced the lock and assembly and therefor had a new code....if you sent me the code 2 weeks in advance as a common practice wouldn't you think to send an updated email to the future guests? Anyway, minor in the grand scheme of things. We enjoyed our stay, the location is……

“Great short trip with my mom. We had a wonderful time.”

“We booked last minute…The host communicated with us that the room was available earlier than expected which was fantastic after a long 10 hour drive. It was our second trip to IOP and second time at Sea Cabins. The room was clean and just as described. Communication was excellent, it’s an affordable place to stay, within walking distance to restaurants and coffee. We didn’t cook in the unit but there are plenty of utensils to do so. The pier and beach are perfect, just steps from the……

“Trish is an excellent hostess!!! Our cabin was immaculately clean, the view is amazing, we had snacks waiting for us, the furniture is very comfortable, and it was just a wonderful experience!! This was our second time staying here and we jut love this condo!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and exactly as expected. Management was quick to respond to any questions, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. We especially appreciated having an assigned parking spot—it made coming and going so easy. The location is fantastic, with the beach and plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away. Overall, we were very impressed with the property and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Great property. Close, walkable to everything. Communication with property management was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Very clean and comfortable.”

“Outdated and worn. Still has a vcr (not connected) by TV and a couch from same era. No deadbolt on door, just lock on knob. Easily opened door with credit card to open latch bolt. Had difficulty checking in, management company didn't answer messages on VRBO app. Later told me that host was "remote" and local custom is to use email instead of app! Tried calling their number, but got VM, which they did not get.The location and partial view are nice, saved it from a 1 star. Overall one of the most……

“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“Great location and view from this unit. Clean, easy access to the beach.”
