「 I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, and the ambiance of the hotel and room was truly 5-star quality. However, I did have one notable issue: the in-room refrigerator. While it's great to have the convenience of a fridge, it was pre-stocked with items for purchase, which meant we couldn't store any outside food or drinks. This felt restrictive, and I'd love to see more flexibility with the fridge in the future. Overall, though, the positives far...
