“We were excited for our stay at Shawnee. I reached out to the host the day before asking about check in instructions and was told I would receive that info around noon the day of check in. About 3-4 hours prior to our stay, I received a text and call from the host saying the vrbo we booked was not available and we would be moved to a different location. We had no option but to take the alternative despite not being what we would have booked knowing this. It was difficult to get the new address……
