"This is a very nice and comfortable property. If you don’t have a car, it is an easy walk to the downtown area of Takoma Park. The bed is very comfortable and the heating/cooling is excellent. I just have a suggestion or two. A light by the door would be helpful when returning to the apartment at night. Also, in addition to the bath towel and hand towel provided, a washcloth would be appreciated and the soap in the shower should be in a wrapped package. I would definitely stay here again,...

"This was a great spot for our family trip- clean, comfortable, stocked, in a great location (10 min. walk to train or bus), great restaurants in walking distance. We had no problem finding street parking. Hosts responsive. A very comfortable spot to stay after busy days in DC. All in all, no complaints at all!"

"The Ivy Mansion is a beautiful brownstone building that is effectively a four unit bed and breakfast. It is truly mansion sized, with a lovely and comfy ground floor with a full kitchen that you are welcome to use. My room was quite large and the owner had recently renovated my bathroom, which had a great tiled glass enclosed shower with a rainfall shower head and great pressure.
