我們住的房型比較奇怪，使用咖啡啡機還要爬樓梯，不是很方便，可能因為這樣，其他的空間就覺得很小， 而且跟當初訂的房型感覺不一様

Stunning hotel in a great location. Stayed for 2 nights absolutely loved it and would like to return. Would have given it 5 stars however have dropped a star as we found the receptionist on arrival despite being professional was also quite rude and ignorant in his assumption that we maybe did not ‘fit’ their model customer. A disappointing attitude in these modern times and left a bad taste to what would’ve been a perfect 5 star stay.

La qualité des chambres n'est plus du tout aux normes d'un 5 étoiles. Par contre, l'emplacement, le personnel et les service étaient au top et ont permis de "masquer" le défaut des chambres... Chambres à rénover sans plus attendre mais très haut potentiel.

I stayed recently and thought the hotel was OK. Lobby and restaurant were beautiful. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Location is great. However the guest rooms are only OK. Expedia lists it as a class 5 property, but it is probably more likely a 4 until they have completed their upgrade. There is construction going on in and around the hotel. This is common and I am used to it; however, there were people standing on my window sill and welding. It was VERY loud. I am surprised they wouldn't block off the few rooms most impacted by construction (e.g. in direct proximity). The loby and restaurant are beautiful

Communal areas were ok. The rooms were very dated and really badly maintained. The rooms lacked basic feature such as sockets and light switches by the beds. There are much better hotels in London for the same money

Second time staying at The Dilly. The breakfast and the pool make it my go to hotel. It’s in a touristy neighborhood but that makes it very convenient and easy to get to. It is an older hotel which I think gives it character but some may prefer something more sleek or modern.

Enjoyed staying at the Dilly. Older property but recent renovations. Great location, friendly staff, nice onsite amenities (bars, restaurants, speakeasy, terrace). I would stay again.
