"This cabin was a fun stay for us with our dog. Super clean, well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of space to roam. The bed was really comfortable and the linens were very nice. The added bonus of a HUGE covered porch with fireplace made it easy to spend lots of time outdoors. "We have been coming to Massanutten for several years with the family. This home was one of our favorites. The home is roomy.(there were 12 of us)...with the two kitchen tables upstairs for everyone to sit at. The location to the ski resort is perfect. The kids enjoyed the game room. We only stayed for a long weekend but I can see that this house would be great for a week vacation with the two kitchens."

"We loved staying in this beautiful house! The layout is perfect for entertaining. We had a great time eating, playing pool, playing cards, and just celebrating our son's graduation from JMU. We also had fun participating in the activities at the resort...go-karts, bumper cars, the zip-line, mini golf, fishing at the lakes, and the scenic chair lift! There was something for everyone!"

"We had a wonderful long weekend stay for our son's graduation. The Bonnie Retreat was perfect for several adults to spread out and relax all weekend long. The main floor of the house had an open floor plan that was a great set up for a large informal get together/dinner. The hosts were so helpful, kind and responsive. We were so glad we went with The Bonnie Retreat vs a hotel. This was so much more comfortable for the whole family."

Nice location just outside of Harrisonburg, away from the crowds of students/parents on a very busy weekend, Stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. "My family had this house built when Massanutten first opened back in the early 70’s. Started the build in 1973 moved in 1974 and sold in 2004. It was a girls weekend to go to some of the wineries and breweries. The house has plenty of room for large groups and has a ping pong and pool tables. Great to be able to stay in the house once again and remember 30 years of wonderful memories my family had in the house. Would definitely recommend this house."
