「The Superb host of this quaint, comfortable, two-story gem was friendly and accessible. We enjoyed our visit to the Raystown Lake region, slept well and visited diverse eateries in the area Cupboards and linen supplies were well-stocked, and the home was as pictured and described. 」

「Love location and owners. Some adjustments are needed, this isn’t camping it’s glamping and you cannot do it halfway. Need more AC in second floor units like this one, our unit was well over 100 degrees when we arrived and never got below 80 degrees inside even when temps dipped outside at night, very uncomfortable. Husband left with our dogs on second night because it was too hot for him and them to even get comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water smelled like sewage when running and no hot...

「This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! Also Raystown Lake is stunning and we hiked numerous trails that were within a half hour of the property and had an amazing experience!! I would definitely...

「Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. 」

「This was a perfect place for my husband and I to unplug and reconnect with God, each other and nature. It was so quiet on the back porch we could hear the wings of the birds fluttering as they took off. 」

「It was just what we needed. We were in the area to watch our son play baseball with the Altoona Curve, and it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being right on the Lower Trail was an added bonus that we used for some convenient exercise. We hope to stay there again!」

「Excellent place to relax! Everything was lovely, perfect and simple! Only thing i'd suggest is putting a mirror up in the small A frame cottages and the ability to control the oscillating fan. Definitely will be back!! 」

「Truly a hidden gem !Very Clean, quiet! Fully furnished, was quite surprising! Family enjoyed the quick little stay! Bakery at bottom of hill was a treasure to find! FYI don’t drive a luxury or antique car to this location, it’s off the beaten path but TOTALLY worth it!」
