Cottage House is under 15 minutes to the Cooperstown Dreams Park OR All Star Village. This welcoming home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths.

Relax on the deck and enjoy the view of the valley and hills. Take long walks through the woods, where you can let nature soothe your soul. There are 2 large lawns for outdoor activity and a game table for indoor fun. Enjoy swimming at Gilbert Lake State Park, a short 10 minute drive.

Cozy Cottage

What an amazing stay we had in this beautiful cottage. Our son played in Cooperstown tournament which was amazing...we were super tired everyday and it was just a god send to go back to this cottage and get rest. It's so quite and relaxing, we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this cottage.

Cute property.

We loved the house. Super cute. However the amount of bug/spiders was a little excessive. The owner was very quick to jump into action and very responsive to the issue. I feel like the mattresses need to be changed out completely. Some of them are very hard to sleep on. The house also should be listed to not have central air conditioning. But overall we had a blast.

Cooperstown week

It was nice. We’d been to Cooperstown before and this house was comparable to the last. It’s a nice home, has everything you need, but is a little farther away from Dreams Park than I hoped, but not bad. We ran in a couple of times, because it is close enough that you can. But it takes a few minutes. Had to many bugs and moths inside for me, but that’s part of being out in the country. There was a squirrel inside when we got there, but it ran outside when we opened the door to go in. Overall it was fine. I’d stay again.
