Their wording on their emails and postings say they care and are accommodating but this was the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a property manager. He was rude, disrespectful and not helpful in any way. The night before our check-out day we were sent an email that we had to move our cars by 10am checkout time to parking lot down the mountain. "Place looked exactly like the pictures. Check in and check out processes were easy and smooth. Close proximity to many activities, shopping and dining. Place gets extremely warm at night, no AC, it’s a mountain thing. Fans were provided, but definitely needed to open doors to condo to let in cold air."

"This house is warm and inviting, with plenty of room, the woodstove is awesome. The management staff was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was set up nicely and with yet another perfect and inspiring view. The heated floors were very nice as well. The bathrooms need updating for sure but everything worked perfectly."

"Got a great deal during summer months, above and beyond quality-wise. Excellent rooms and amenities. The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. I really appreciate that, I felt much more respected compared to nearly every other hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff that checked me in were not only friendly but also helpful and accommodating. I just booked another night solely because I HATE being harassed by housekeepers unless you are out at the exact check out time. This policy makes the hotel automatically a 5/5 in my book. "
