「This is my second time staying at this hotel in the last month. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the property is well-maintained and clean. I will definitely stay here again in the future.」

「Dirty linen on bed but hey at 11:30 at night whatever」

「Lobby is full of smoking 」

「The accommodation here is quite mediocre; the rooms are old and worn, and even the bath towels are extremely old.」

「There was a rat.」

「very good very good」

「The check-in process is not customer-friendly. I could not find my reservation at the kiosk. Only two regular front desk counters were open, the wait time exceeded 20 minutes. If the hotel promotes self-service, the system must be more user-friendly.」
