“The room was spacious. We arrived and there were no towels and only a 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. We went back to the front desk and asked for towels and were told they were out except for a couple floor towels. We took those for hand towels and they said there will be more in the morning. In the morning, we called and they said they had more towels, but we had to come and get them because of staffing. The toilet and shower had black mold and the toilet seat was broken.
