"Great location, very accessible. Toilettries were provided. Rooms remind more jail cells, no windows, no solid ceiling, no AC, fan only. I was able to see the light through the mesh board on my ceiling and I heard very clearly staff talking at the reception. Other than small room size condition of the bathroom is not the best. I took shower, it was no shelf inside to put your soap, ceiling was loft type with exposed piping and dripping to the floor. Hot water boiler was a nice surprise. I would...

"Great place to stay. We were able to check in early and got to check in late too. Just what we needed; a place to sleep at night that is safe. Our room had no window and was a basic bunk but that’s what we paid for and it was perfect. Staff lovely and very helpful and caring!! Chinatown was great location too. Loved our stay in NYC!!!"
