「There were pros and cons to our experience at this hotel. Check in was seamless. Even though there was construction on the property, the staff parked our car and brought the luggage to our room. The property is beautiful and we had a great view overlooking the ocean. There is easy access to the beach and it is definitely worth your while to see the cliffs and walk along the beach. The room is very nice and clean. The cons were; when we went to the bar for a drink, and we were the only ones...

「There's no obstruction from the hotel balcony. Perfect views of the sea and fab sunrise and sunset. I will definitely be staying here again. Staff are friendly and as a solo traveller, hotel is perfectly located for restaurants and going to the marina for day trips. Loved my stay.」

「From the moment you check in at this lovely hotel everything is of a very good standard. The people, the property itself are all at a high standard. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and all staff are very helpful. Used the indoor spa whist I was here which is very nice. Had breakfast in the hotel and that was very nice as well. 「Hotel is in a great location and nice outdoor space (if you like terrace not garden) and has very nice staff. However the decor is very dated and in need of modernisation to meet the 5 star standard it claims. The bathroom in particular was from the eighties and room had no modern amenities such as latest power points 」

「We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It's located at the most crowded square of Praia do Carvoeiro, just by the beach, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was okay. Car parking space was difficult to find, though. Free wifi was provided at hotel lobby. Overall, we'll say it's a pretty good choice in this area.」
