「A bit of a trip back in time.... It is an older facility. It was a basic accommodation, but the beds were comfortable and we slept okay. The walls are a bit thin, but people quieted down relatively early. It was a handy place to stay if you are getting on the ferry to Newfoundland.」

「Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Not given our room until 6 pm. Musty smell and sheets were wet on the bed. Ceiling leaking and left a puddle on the floor near outlets and cords. Entire room was just very dirty and grounds not maintained well at all. Lots of renovation items around and cluttered around property. We had to leave one night early because we just didn’t feel comfortable staying there for the second night」

「The room was clean but I think the floor could be cleaned since it was a little sticky and felt better wearing our shoes. The mattress just had a flat sheet no mattress protector or fitted sheet. The bed was fresh and clean non the less. Lots of amenities for shower. The little lounges at entrance were clean and attractive. The outside is being improved. Breakfast was ok.
