“Just ok. Nothing great, nothing bad”

“Had a great stay at The Simon hotel. The room was perfect for our family of 4. We had a delicious breakfast that was included in our package and our server Michael was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The front desk staff were also fantastic!”

“A bit of a trip back in time.... It is an older facility. It was a basic accommodation, but the beds were comfortable and we slept okay. The walls are a bit thin, but people quieted down relatively early. It was a handy place to stay if you are getting on the ferry to Newfoundland.”

“The property was clean. The room was small but had all one needed: coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The pool was well maintained. Staff were amazing, both at reception and the restaurant.”

“The room was clean but I think the floor could be cleaned since it was a little sticky and felt better wearing our shoes. The mattress just had a flat sheet no mattress protector or fitted sheet. The bed was fresh and clean non the less. Lots of amenities for shower. The little lounges at entrance were clean and attractive. The outside is being improved. Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choices unless you like eggs. We were there for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would……

“Did not stay due to rooms not being cleaned for check in time, dirty sheets in a (clean room) the hotel stunk of cigarettes and manager will not respond to refund email requests in a time manner! Do not recommend staying here save your time and money!”
