"Such a lovely welcome from the reception staff. Very helpful and friendly at every opportunity. There was even a personal note left in my room making sure that I ask for help at any time. Fabulous food both at breakfast and served in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This is an excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are large, clean and with comfy beds, although the pillows are rather odd and could be improved upon. Good sized bathroom with large enclosed shower with hairdryer and toiletries provided. Plenty of parking, very accessible if driving from the Airport, just a few minutes walk from the Salt Mine too. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was superb, but sadly we didn't get a chance to test the sauna. The breakfast was extensive and all very tasty although a few more cereal options would have been nice. We dined in on one occasion and the Pork Medallions were excellent as was my Beef Burger. The area around the hotel was very quiet and safe and there is a 24 hour McDonalds which we needed arriving late on a Sunday night. Overall, an excellent choice of hotel and one that I would happily recommend without question. Thank you to the staff at Turowka Hotel & Spa for making us so welcome. "

A little kindness made me happy and glad. She said come to Poland again, as if I could come to Zakopane I would like to stay this hotel thanks to her. "
