“Staff was courteous and helpful. They did everything possible to make our stay a great experience. ”

“You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend.”

“There were several signs of age in the room and throughout the hotel. Cracked drywall, poorly fixed drywall holes. Carpet had holes in it. The first room smelled like body odor so I requested a new room. Elevator floor had wet floor cone inside for two days. The floor was dirty and aged. The pool was very cloudy. There was trash on a table that was there for two days. We picked it up on the second day. The staff were friendly though. The hotel is in clear need of upgrades. Paying a couple……

“Its a great room. My only issue is the bathroom floor is a little slippery but i brought a bath mat from dollar tree. I usually do as so many hotel bathrooms have a slippery floor Very nice manager. I like this place”

“This was a nightmare from the time I walked in to check in. At check in the man asked if I had a pet? I said no, my boyfriend has an ADA service animal. He asked a lot of illegal and HIPPA violations questions, he also asked me to have the dog preform his duties, very illegal as well. He tried to charge me a pet fee again very illegal. Knowing my boyfriend needs his ADA dog and when I booked I asked for an assisable room, he decided to continue to be rude and gave us the farthest back room,……

“The room was clean, and nice. The door coming into room, you could feel small amount of cold air when closed. Location off highway, convenient, but noisy due to traffic. Overall enjoyed the stay.”

“Woke up with bites all over, found multiple bedbugs on the bed.”
