"Friendly staff, ample parking, walkable to Sutton Park. Interiors begging for a refresh update but can’t really complain for the bargain price they are charging now. Overall great for the price you’re paying."

"One option for dining we used, Top Notch Burger, good food, good drink. Hotel is a little dated however the ocean view rooms are a must as you have a great view of the Nanaimo Hrbr. Parking can be a challenge, just remember to ask about the overflow parking lot when checking in. We needed to add a day to our itinerary so we called the hotel prior to our start date and surprisingly were given a cheaper nightly rate for the extra night. A nice surprise. All in all an above average stay as the front counter staff were excellent and very personable! Great work BW"
