「Albergo carino, personale e servizi buoni. Pulizia ottima direi e personale cordiale. Albergo non è grande molto riservato anche se scegliendo adult ho trovato la media età da 70 anni in più mi sembrava un po stare in pensione ma forse il periodo che siamo stati. Unica pecca che ho trovato per italiano che non sanno parlare altre lingue niente scritto in italiano e personale non parla italiano-però ho trovato qualche cameriere italiano.」

「Sehr sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Bett war schrecklich, durchgelegen und dadurch zu weich und zu hart gleichzeitig. Pool, Sonnenliegen und Fitnessstudio sind gut. Poolhandtücher müssen hinzu gekauft werden, man kann nicht, wie angegeben, Fahrräder leihen, ein Auto leihen oder irgend einen Service erhalten. 」

「Spacious room, clean and tidy. Towels changed after 3 days. Good quality pool towels (pay deposit). Friendly staff, nice pool bar, with bar snacks. Nice pool area with ample sunbeds. Two pools plus kid's pool and playground. Separate bar with music open in the evening. 」

「Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. 」

「Good breakfast, very friendly staff all round. Restaurants of a good standard reasonably close, and near the lighthouse if you fancied a longer walk. Nice saltwater heated pool. Get a room with at least a partial sea view.」

「The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

「Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte...

「Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in...

「On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.」
