“Room was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast on the first morning was less than expected. Went down at 8 am, very little coffee. Things were better second morning.”

“We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. ”

“This hotel hosts an event during the weekend of the Kentucky Derby. Unless you are attending the event- I would avoid the hotel during this weekend. Many hotel amenities are adjusted to cater to those participating in the Derby event- it’s not beneficial for guests who are not.”

“We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it. Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful. The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets ……

“Staff wonderful Grounds are gorgeous Multiple amenities and activities offered Room very nice but missing soap, laundry bags and other essentials. Spa whirlpool and sauna area not kept well , no visible staff Dirty towels all over Spa Pool needs a lot of attention. Chop house very expensive and 3 out of 4 dinners should have been returned . Tough, chewy $70 steak, fish not edible $60 . We did not return it because not our style. Just won’t go back . Desserts however were exceptional……

“First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”
