Location is further from the magnificent Beach Bar than indicated on the site - about a 10-min walk or the same drive - but not really a problem especially not on good weather - but otherwise a splendid, quiet and remote haven. "My sisters, niece and I had the best time at Theresa’s home. Upon arrival, she welcomed us with wine and candy. She was very helpful about the area and had lots of suggestions on places to go and things to see. Her home was so homey and comfortable. We felt very welcome. Wherever we went, people spoke very highly of Theresa and her home. I would recommend this home to anyone and can’t wait to return soon."

"After a couple of weeks seeing the UK and Ireland with 9 of our kids and grandkids, we wanted a few days to rest. We loved being in the Sligo area and dining at the nearby Beach Bar. Downpatrick Head was great to see & we even drove to the Giant’s Causeway while we were in the area. Sheila’s house was a nice place to rest and relax. We loved attending church in nearby Screen. Clear instructions were provided to the home, use of utilities, the management of the bins and everything else. The house was in a mint condition. "Stayed here over the Easter long weekend, at very late notice (booked on Friday night for Saturday arrival). The owner had left easter eggs for my three sons which was a lovely touch. The house itself is beautiful; it looks to be only recently built so I would say we were one of the first groups to rent it. It had everything we needed and was only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back here again in the future."
