This Holiday inn is in a quieter part of Munich yet it still has many restaurants and shops in walking distance. It is located very close to the train station. The beds were very comfortable.

Modern and clean hotel

Very satisfied with the hotel when considering price/quality. The pros are the following: Great breakfast with plenty of choice Easy access to public transport Supermarket nearby for those needed snacks Clean Nice and firm beds Cons are: Noise from nearby large road. Rooms are pretty soundproof though A bit far from city centre Lack of choices for kids in the evening menu card in the restaurant. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel

Safe was faulty with our passports locked inside. Technician was not on duty so we were concerned that it not be fixed in time for our departure. They managed to open it when we were out but it did cause us anxiety. Room and hotel exceptionally warm. Restaurant opened only for breakfast.

Nice location and service but AC needs repair

This was an overnight business trip in July. + location to work, service, cleanliness, bed, and recently renovated. - weak air conditioning and stuffy air building. The hotel either needs a new air ventilating strategy or new air conditioning systems. It wasn’t even that hot and I could never get the temperature in the room to go below 76 degrees. Unfortunately this affected my sleep and I was only able to get 4-5 hours of sleep in the night. Overall in the summer I would stay away from this hotel unless you like a hot room.

Night staff is inattentive, must have been sleeping on the job. I waited 20 minutes at the front desk, enough time for a random person with a guitar to come in the lobby and play for a random couple there, I ignored him, then the man lied to me said he worked at the inn. Told him to leave me alone that he clearly didn’t work there and he began to harass me. Amir is the name of the man on shift that night, I tried to call out for help twice.

若有厚重行李箱不要訂這一間，火車站沒有升降梯/電梯，要爬兩層樓階梯，且近旅館通道封閉，要繞遠路才能過來。 We booked this hotel based on the perceived convenience of its location on the map. It appeared to be close to the S-Bahn station, providing easy access to both the city and the airport. However, we encountered a significant issue that should be noted by international guests: there are neither escalators nor elevators/lifts on the platform. As a result, we had to carry all our luggage down two flights of stairs. To our surprise, the tunnel was also blocked for unknown reasons, requiring us to carry our luggage back up the stairs to reach the other side. Unfortunately, this lack of accessibility is not uncommon in many German stations. Either there are no escalators or lifts available, or they are out of service, leaving individuals to manage their luggage on their own. Germany does not seem to prioritize traveler or disabled-friendly infrastructure. Therefore, it is essential for the hotel to disclose this inconvenience on their website or major booking platforms. Had we been aware of the outdated and inconvenient train station, we would not have chosen to book this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed felt heavingly. Be aware that there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The location was excellent, as there are multiple public transportations options. I went to attend a conference at TUM hospital and S19 Tram was very convenient to get there.
