"The staff was great even before arrival. There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!"

"The only reason I would not give this a full five star review was the price. (We paid €165) It’s a very small room (for some people that would be a turn-off) but very well-designed and an efficient use of the limited space with many thoughtful touches that made our stay easier and more comfortable. Excellent bed. Great shower. Easy access and located in an obviously up and coming neighborhood. Many cool cafes along the 26-minute walk from the ferry."

"The rooms were clean but very small. The breakfst was good and the staff did an excelent job of managing the high guest count on accoount of the business confrence that was going on in town that drew crowds from around the world. Very close to the train station (2 minute walk) that makes it easy to take the train into Amsterdam Central. Would come back again. Zaandam is a beautiful city."

"I loved my time here! It was my first time visiting Amsterdam and I could not have been happier. Staff was very friendly the entire time I was there, greeted me at the door and made both check in and check out smooth and painless. I’m American, so the strong English speaking presence was a major help to me. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from the train station, and it takes maybe 10 minutes to get to the central station. There’s a little shop in the hotel and a bigger shop just across the street for anything you need. Two complementary bottles of water and free coffee were a great start! Room is cozy, but equipped with both USB and C outlets. Shower and restroom were lovely. I didn’t visit the gym, but I’m sure that was great too. No notes!"
