Our stay at The Pines

Had a great stay! Did a lot of fishing off the dock and took our kayaks out. Perfect place to come back to after shopping, going to the beach, boat tours and hiking!

Picturesque location

We loved staying here! Danielle made everything very easy and was responsive with any questions we had. She had great recommendations for us. The view of the lake was amazing! We highly recommend The Pines!

This is our second time staying at The Pines. This is the perfect location for adventuring in Munising. The kitchen has everything we need to make meals, and the hosts are fantastic about anticipating the extras that make our stay extra special and effortless.

we came up to the UP from illinois for our honeymoon, and we had the BEST time! this house was so perfect & danielle was truly the best host. the house was so cute, cozy, and clean and had everything we needed. we are picky with the air temp in houses, and the AC was 10/10 and kept us nice and cool! we would totally recommend and stay again with danielle!

Danielle is a great host and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Midweek the lp tank on the grill needed to be exchanged. Within 15 minutes of me contacting her, it was done. We appreciated having a second sink and toilet, a well equipped kitchen, and using the row boat and kayaks. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay for a Pictured Rocks visit

We loved the location on the lake and took advantage of the rowboat to go out on the lake. It is an easy trip to Munising to see the sights and to Marquette. The cottage was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. The sleeping porch was particularly nice to wake up and look out at the lake

The pictures do not do this cabin justice! Cabin is clean, cozy and comfortable! Especially loved the outdoor space. Large yard and very private. Cooked all meals in the kitchen (10 days) and found it very adequate. I would highly recommend this property!

Nice place in Munising

Our family of 6 and 2 dogs stayed at the property in late August 2024. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including a rowboat. We spent some time on the little lake and explored the Munising area and beyond.

Peaceful place to get away

Cozy, clean, and comfortable place. We enjoyed the lake view, trees, and wildlife. Catching perch and pike was a bonus. Easy drive to Munising for the pictured rock tours and other attractions. Overall, a great place to stay to relax and unwind.

Anniversary Trip

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights! We had an amazing time & Danielle was wonderful to work with. Loved being so close to pictured rocks with so many things to do. We also loved fishing on the lake, especially my hubby! Would definitely book again. Great trails for riding arc’s from the house, major bonus!
