We are very happy with our stay! The house was comfortable, warm, and had plenty of common space for us to socialize. Finding the house and getting in was easy, the host provided clear instructions, and it was a very nice bonus to be able to park in the garage to keep our car out of the elements. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot with good pressure, and there was plenty of space in the basement for all of our gear.

It was perfect!! Plenty of room for the ten of us with the lower level bedroom being ideal for our daughter and her whole family. Although a bathroom on that level would be optimal. Maybe at least put a mirror in that bedroom for convenience. The location was terrific so close to Munising and wonderful miners beach! Loved it and would recommend it to friends and family!

Great location and place for a trip to the UP

This house is perfect for large groups! We did not end up sitting around a campfire as it was a bit warm during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of amenities for cooking in. The location is perfect for multiple beaches, pictured rocks, and bike rides or drives into Munising. I’d absolutely stay here again. Beds abs pillows were perfect! Tv had plenty of viewing options and the wi-fi was strong

Great location

We had a great stay! The location was very convenient for visiting many area attractions including several waterfalls, Miner's Beach, Pictured Rocks boat tours, and downtown Munising. We stayed with our 3 children (ages 4, 7, and 9), my mother in law, and our dog. The adults stayed in the 2 bedrooms upstairs, and the downstairs area worked great for the kids. The house had everything we needed including kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, a washer/dryer, propane grill, and plenty of wood for the fire pit. We would stay again!

Nice place in a great location

We had a good stay at the house and found it a great location to go to Munising and all of Pictured Rocks, while still a reasonable distance for Kitch-iti-kipi and Tahquemenon Falls. Everything was clean and in good condition, and check in was easy even though we got there pretty late (there are motion sensitive lights around the outside). The only thing to note (and I don't remember if I had seen this in other reviews and just forgot). The house layout isn't the best for a family with small kids - upstairs are two Queen bed rooms and both bathrooms. Downstairs are the bunks In a room and the futon. While the bunk room is totally fine, the futon is in an unfinished open space between the stairs and the bunk room. The stairs are unfinished. So not the best for small children (our teenager slept down there and was fine).

This home has everything you need.

This home has everything you need and is in an excellent location. The furnishings are comfortable. We took full advantage of the location, exploring Pictured Rocks from land and lake. We enjoyed the shops, restaurants and grocery store in Munising.

Family vacation

Was great location. Great backyard and fire pit. Stairs were a little unsafe with floor mats. They moved a lot while walking. Was perfect for our family. Would come Back again. Deck was nice for beautiful star glazing

Perfect for our family

Very nice property, as advertised. Large kitchen with all the dishes, cookware and silverware needed for a 10 people. Loved the deck. Location close to Pictured Rocks and town was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Very clean home close to everything

House was super clean, tasteful and had most everything one could need. Beds were high but comfortable. Laundry room was great. Location was amazing... Close to downtown Munising as well as our favorite spot Sand Point Beach. Only very slight complaint is that we were surprised to find the bunk bed room downstairs away from all the other bedrooms - the room was great though. Would definiyely book again. Thank you!

Great stay at a great location

This property was in the perfect location. We used this location as a launching point for our travels to Grand Marais all the way to Marquette. Its proximity to the Pictured Rocks was also perfect. And when we were not traveling, this location was suitable for our needs and was well managed and clean.
