Villa "Mercede" near the beach with Wi-Fi, terrace and garden

The comfortable holiday home "Villa Mercede" has an area of 140 m² and is located in the municipality of Muravera, on the eastern coast of Sardinia. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two of which have air conditioning and one with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, and a washing machine. The holiday home also offers a garden and a spacious covered and furnished terrace, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach and enjoying the evening. The location is perfect for a beach holiday, as the sandy beach of Costa Rei, almost 10 km long, is only 80 metres away. Sun lovers, those seeking relaxation, and water sports enthusiasts will find everything they need. Restaurants, bars, and cafés can be found in the centre of Costa Rei, about 14 minutes on foot, where you will also find supermarkets and other shopping facilities. The capital city Cagliari and the airport can be reached by car in about an hour.

Schönes Haus direkt an der im Oktober wenig befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Hell, gut eingerichtet, toller Service durch den Hausverwalter. Einsehbar von allen Seiten. Geschützter Parkplatz.
