"OMG please someone tell me how this was the highest rate location in Helen? The front desk was micro and the room had a huge hole in the ceiling. Breakfast was questionable at best. The hallways smelled like pee. There were people banging on our door at 2am like swat and screaming. We feared moving from the bed because of this. Worse part is we were in eyesight of the front desk and no one did anything. The shower ceiling and walls had mold on them. It was only a room for one night but we seriously questioned our decision."

"The staff sets up a text conversation when you checkin. I had a question about the location of a light switch. They answered promply. My only complaint is the free breakfast. It is a bunch of indiviually wrapped muffins etc. Fortunately, there are a lot of good restaurants that serve breakfast."

"Staff was super friendly. Coffee available at reception. Bathrooms looked newly renovated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable. Spacious room. Nice variety of breakfast items included from bagels English muffins and white wheat bread and batter machine to make fresh individual pancakes and fruit cups and yogurt. Would definitely stay again. Was there for wedding at the Oakley for the weekend."
