「Someone was smoking in the room before our arrival and we couldn’t even stay there. We had to leave. It was difficult to reach someone, because apparently the building is abandoned by the the staff after business hours and I arrived after 4pm. There is a phone number you have to call then supposedly. The lady sounded arrogant on the phone.
The room looked clean though.」

「Lodge staff were helpful and location was great . Unfortunately hallways smelt of mildew and felt very humid and we had an awful bug "ROACH" problem in our room in building C . This was our first visit to the lodge and we will not be visiting again due to poorly maintained pest control . staff was unable to give us another room and instead sent maintenance to spray . Sadly it didnt help much so we were not able to finish our stay due to the issue .」

「Very nice room with very good amenities. Charming western theme with a lot of really cool decorations. Close to several areas to eat, shop, and explore. I would definitely recommend this property for couples looking for something away from Helen, GA. It is only about 8-10 minutes to get to downtown Helen.」

「I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out.」
