「Awesome spot in the Blue Ridge, GA area. We had a group of 11 guys stay here for a reunion so this worked for us. The property is gigantic with lots of space to hang and roam. One issue we had was one side of the house was not cooling down as well as the rest of the house. The manager was responsive and had an A/C repair man come check it out the next day. 「This house has great potential, however the owner has it available for rent when there are numerous issues that need to be fixed. We were notified about two weeks ahead of time that the heat was broken in part of the house. The owner told me if I wanted to cancel, they would understand. Cancelling my rental would mean cancelling our whole Thanksgiving family vacation. Since we had already exhausted our search for another house, we decided to buy a couple space heaters and keep the rental plan....
