「Our stay was better than expected. To be clear, this is not a 5 Star hotel but for the type of hotel/ motel, it was excellent…. a 5 star experience. The staff was exceptional and the room was super clean. The unit we stayed in appeared to be newly remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of everything downtown so that was a bonus! The breakfast was a typical continental style. We would stay here again!」

My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake.

Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The cabin room we stayed was called Duck Down I believe.
Very cute decor inside with kitchen sink, microwave, small frig/freezer, coffee maker and a Keurig. There were French doors with a cute private porch and picnic table. The bed was comfy. There were nice touches such as cookies, candy, throws, a stand alone electric fireplace.
We did eat at the Dugout and it was ok as far as the food, the staff was very pleasant and friendly.
We would definitely stay there again. It was very comfortable...
